What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is a fully furnished apartment with hotel-level comfort – ideal for temporary housing.
You get a kitchen, workspace, Wi-Fi, and services included – perfect for business travelers, expats, or long stays.
What’s the difference between serviced apartments and hotels?
In a serviced apartment you live more independently than in a hotel. You get more space, privacy, and the option to cook –
with the same service level. Especially popular for longer stays or corporate bookings.
Which locations does servicedapartment.de offer?
Currently, you’ll find our serviced apartments in the Rhine-Main region (Frankfurt & Offenbach am Main).
Additional locations in Germany are planned.
How does check-in work?
You’ll receive all information and access details by email before arrival. With the digital code you can enter the building
and your apartment flexibly – with no waiting at reception.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, check-out until 11:00 am. Individual times can be arranged on request.
How often is my apartment cleaned?
Our serviced apartments are cleaned regularly – including fresh bed linen and towels.
Additional cleanings can be booked at any time.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in selected apartments. Please mention this when booking,
so we can reserve a suitable accommodation for you.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes – washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings, either inside the apartment or in dedicated laundry areas.
How do I book my serviced apartment?
The easiest way is directly via servicedapartment.de or by phone.
Companies and long-stay guests receive exclusive special rates.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all common payment methods: credit card, debit card, corporate billing, and bank transfer.
For long stays, billing is monthly.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, depending on the rate. Individual agreements apply for corporate clients.
